3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Customers agree to provide accurate information, including the correct beneficiary phone number for data bundle delivery and a valid mobile money number for payment. We are not responsible for bundles sent to an incorrect number provided by the Customer.
  • Payment: All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Moolre. You agree to their terms when making a payment.

Important Notice – Data Bundle Purchase Policy (SpeedLinks):
At SpeedLinks, we do not offer refunds for data bundle purchases made to the wrong phone number.

Our service does not support:

  • TurboNet devices
  • Company SIM cards
  • Numbers with outstanding airtime debt
Please verify recipient numbers and ensure compatibility before completing payment.
